How many prints are made of each artwork?
Each artwork belongs to one of two editions:
The X Collection — limited to 50 prints worldwide. Once sold out, these editions will never be reprinted, ensuring lasting rarity and exclusivity.
The Embassy Core Collection — limited to 500 prints per artwork. These “always on” editions make collectible art more accessible while maintaining their limited status.
Both collections are crafted with the same museum-grade quality and attention to detail — the only difference is how rare they are.
What sizes are available?
Our signature format is 50x100cm / 20x40 inches, designed to make a bold statement. Select pieces may also be released in alternate oversized formats — details are listed on each product page.
Are the prints framed?
All prints are sold unframed to give you the freedom to style them your way.
A premium wooden hanger is available as an add-on option — designed to complement the artwork and make display effortless.
What printing process do you use?
Each artwork is mastered for large-format print at over 300 DPI resolution and produced using gallery-grade Giclée printing on Hahnemühle Photo Rag (308 gsm). Every detail is calibrated for exceptional colour accuracy, depth, and archival longevity.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide — with free delivery included on all orders. Packaging is designed to protect your artwork in transit, wherever you are.
When will my order arrive?
Each piece is printed fresh, never stored: trimmed, checked, and approved before leaving the press.
And while good things take time… great prints can take between 7 and 21 days, depending on your location.
As our global print network grows, delivery will become faster and smoother — so thank you for your patience while we find our rhythm during our opening year.
Is my print numbered or signed?
Each X Collection artwork is limited to 50 prints worldwide and comes with a letter of authenticity, confirming its place within the edition. Selected pieces may also be hand-signed by the artist, which will always be noted in the product description.
Embassy Core Collection prints are limited to 500 but do not include a letter of authenticity — they’re made to the same museum-grade standard, simply without the collectible documentation.
Will my artwork look exactly like it does on screen?
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but each print is colour-checked by our studio for fidelity to the artist’s intent.
Do you accept returns?
As each piece is made to order, we can only accept returns for items damaged in transit or with production defects. If that happens, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I collaborate or submit artwork?
The Print Embassy occasionally partners with selected artists, photographers, and designers for special drops and limited releases. To be considered, reach out via our Contact page or email hello@theprintembassy.com with a short introduction and your portfolio.
Do you offer bespoke orders?
Yes — we collaborate with design studios, hospitality groups, galleries, event and cultural spaces on larger or bespoke print orders.
